Return & Exchange Policy
In order for products to be returned, all products must be unopened and cannot be partially opened in anyway. In cases of damage, email a clear digital picture of the damaged product or products and reference your order number in your email. For exchanges, we have an exchange only policy, so you must pick a replacement item of equal or greater value. If we shipped the wrong products, please email us and included a digital picture of wrong products so we can send replacements along with a Fedex call tag to pick up the other products delivered in error. Please repack all products received in error or product that you would like to exchange with bubble paper, type a written reason for the return with your order number, enclose the packing slip, insure the package then mail it to:
