El Pinsapo Goat Cheese wheel
El Pinsapo Goat Cheese Wheel
Agasur was born three decades ago as a cooperative company merging the efforts of a group of goat's milk producers. Nowadays the partnership reaches nearly 200 farmers run state-of-the-art cheese making facilities, mainly devoted to pure goat's milk cheeses production. This cheese is not from bought milk. Many companys today buy their milk and make cheese. I think it is very hard for a company to control quality if they don't own the goats and feed them. This company has won many awards in Spain and at the World Cheese Championships in London.
Wheels weight will vary between 1.6 lbs to 1.9 lbs.
Add $3.00 to the cost of this cheese for the insulated box and ice packs.
